            I do my best to respect everyone’s time and to be prompt with every appointment. I understand that there may be traffic, work, daycare issues, sickness, or simply that life happens. With that said, many times I turn down other people to reserve this time for you and my livelihood depends on appointments. I ask that you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations after that would require a $25 cancellation fee. Also, note that late arrivals (10 min or more) may be asked to reschedule and will also be charged a $25 fee as would any “no shows” A credit card is required to be kept on file for such required charge and if you don’t feel comfortable leaving a credit card then a deposit will be required before scheduling.

            Sarah’s Skin prides itself on high quality service, which includes on time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions and sanitization and set up after every client leaves the room. Timing is everything as I can’t infringe upon another client’s appointment time.
